Excellent as always. I called and they arrived at the agreed time to carry out the mandatory gas installation inspection. There was also a problem with one of the stovetop burners that, if not fixed, would have cut off my gas in the middle of winter… The technician took the trouble to resolve it so that the inspection would pass. 5 stars for JAG Alcaide!
Very happy with Alcaide. It was a complex installation, and they found a way to exit through the roof. They corrected the old connections, which involved some intricate work on the pipe outlets. Plus, they offered a 12-month interest-free payment plan. And they honored the price from the quote I’d received quite some time ago. The installer wasn’t very talkative, but he’d only been in Barcelona for two years! I even managed to teach him a few proverbs in the end. The work on the pipework was excellent, and he left the boiler running at 9:30 pm, having finished at 9:15 pm. Speechless!
I’m very happy with them. Being able to communicate via WhatsApp is a huge plus for me (I’m deaf). Even though I have very little knowledge about both heaters and air conditioners, they explain everything I’m wondering about and don’t make me feel bad for not knowing. I would definitely call them again.
My water heater broke down, and I initially called another company that wanted to charge me €350 to fix it. Then I found JAG because of the good reviews. I called them, and to sum it up, they fixed the water heater for half the price of the other company. The technician was friendly and fixed it quickly. My only complaint is the time it took for the replacement part to arrive (they said a few days, but it took two weeks). But the most important thing is that they were a fair company in terms of price, and they resolved the problem with the water heater.
