The service compromise with our customers doesn’t just end when the job they required is finished. Once it’s done, we also take care of it by making annual maintenance revisions to our installations, no matter if they are gas, heating, water or electricity.
This is the reason why we offer our clients the chance to start a maintenance contract with us, so they can have a fast solution to any problem happening to their installations.
Which contract do you need
A maintenance contract covers the compulsory annual inspection and, above all, the labour and call-out costs of any breakdown during the year. These are the ones we offer in Barcelona and the metropolitan area.

All of them include the annual inspection with its certificate, labour and call-out costs on the year’s breakdowns, and priority attention: a technician within a maximum of 24 working hours, compared with 48 hours for those without a contract. Spare parts are quoted separately, at a preferential price for contract clients.
Boiler and water heater maintenance
The annual boiler inspection is compulsory under Spanish regulations (RITE) and is what stops the appliance losing efficiency, burning more gas than it should or breaking down in midwinter. During the visit we run a combustion analysis with calibrated Testo equipment, clean the burner and heat exchanger, check the flue, the circuit pressure and the safety devices, and issue the certificate.

Air conditioning maintenance
Air conditioning units need an annual service to keep their efficiency, avoid breakdowns in the middle of a heatwave and keep the air clean: filter and coil cleaning, refrigerant pressure checks, drainage and electrical consumption.

Contract, or call only when something breaks?
A one-off repair costs between €80 and €250 in labour alone, plus parts. The boiler contract costs €100 a year and includes that labour and the call-out on every breakdown, as well as the annual inspection. With a single breakdown in the year, the contract already pays for itself.
