JAG Alcaide SL is an installation company based in Barcelona since 1952. We install, maintain and repair all types of domestic and commercial systems: heating, air conditioning, plumbing, hot water and electrics. What sets us apart from a generic installation company
Most installers in Barcelona work in one or two specialities and subcontract the rest. We have our own in-house technical team for all installations in a flat or commercial space. That matters particularly in renovations, where the project coordinator does not have to wait for five different companies, and in breakdowns, where the same technician who installed the system is the one who repairs it.

Yes. JAG Alcaide is an official SAT (Technical Assistance Service) for Junkers Bosch boilers and water heaters in Barcelona. This means we can carry out the official servicing required to maintain the manufacturer’s warranty and we have direct access to original spare parts.

How quickly can you come out?
For new installations, we typically carry out the assessment visit within 24–48 hours. For urgent boiler or water heater breakdowns, we prioritise clients with a maintenance contract. For all other requests, response time depends on the schedule but we aim not to exceed 48–72 hours.
