What capacity for each room?
As a guide, in Barcelona a bedroom usually works well with 2.5 kW and a living room with 3.5 kW. If the room gets a lot of sun, has high ceilings or is a top-floor flat, we adjust it when we see the photos.

Multi-split or several 1x1 splits?
Multi-split
- A single outdoor unit for several rooms
- Less space taken up on the façade, terrace or courtyard
- Each room with its own remote and temperature
- Mix wall, floor or ducted units (depending on brand)
1x1 splits
- One outdoor unit per room
- If one fails, the others keep working
- For 1 or 2 rooms it is usually more affordable
- More outdoor space needed
What the price includes
- The outdoor unit and the indoor units you choose
- Standard installation with up to 3 m of pipework per indoor unit
- PVC trunking, circuit vacuum and leak test
- Commissioning and a 5-year written warranty on the installation
Quoted separately, if needed: extra metres of pipework, a condensate pump and work on the roof. We tell you before we start, from the photos.

Common questions about multi-split systems
How much does an installed 2x1 multi-split cost?
In the configurator, an installed 2x1 costs from €2,260 with VAT, depending on brand and models. The exact price of your combination appears as soon as you choose the outdoor and indoor units.
And a 3x1 or a 4x1?
An installed 3x1 costs from €3,120 and a 4x1 from €4,220, VAT included. It depends on the brand, the capacity of the outdoor unit and the indoor models.
Can I mix different models in the same multi-split?
Yes, within the same brand and as long as the manufacturer allows it: for example, wall units from different series, or a wall unit with a floor or ducted unit. The configurator only lets you choose combinations allowed by the manufacturer's official tables.
Why can't I find a model I saw on another website?
Because not every indoor unit can be connected to every outdoor unit, and the total capacity has a maximum per unit. If you are looking for something specific, message us on WhatsApp and we will check.
What happens if an indoor unit breaks down?
The others keep working. If the outdoor unit fails, all connected rooms are out of service; that is why we work with brands that have an official technical service and we do the maintenance ourselves.
Is the price final?
It is the price for a standard installation. With photos or a video of the site we confirm the quote before we start; if anything else is needed, we tell you in writing.
