- Maximum output for the radiators. With the floor area and photos of the radiators we check it is right before confirming it.
- 24 kW hot water
- Roughly 14 litres per minute heated by 25 °C (our own calculation from the output): enough for one bathroom.
- Condensing
- It recovers heat from the steam in the flue gases, which is why it needs a drain for the condensate.
- 94% seasonal efficiency
- Average space-heating efficiency over the year, according to the manufacturer.
Junkers Bosch boilers we have installed

A thermostat for your boiler: Bosch OR 100 RF or EasyControl CT 200
When you buy your Junkers Bosch GC1200W 20/24 boiler, for only €100 more we install the Bosch OR 100 RF thermostat: a wireless programmable room thermostat using radio frequency, with Comfort, Eco and Auto modes, weekly time programming and a boost heating mode. It runs on batteries and talks to the boiler without cables.
If you would rather control it from your phone, we install the Bosch EasyControl CT 200 Wi-Fi thermostat with your boiler for 242€ more: a programmable modulating thermostat with Wi-Fi, controlled with the Bosch EasyControl app. Because the Condens 1200 W also needs Bosch’s Key RF gateway to connect it, this price already includes it.
Choose either one in “Configure your unit” above: the price updates automatically.
