Who is the ThemaFast MiConnect MA 31-CS/1-C for?
It is the version of the Thema MiConnect with a 3-litre store (Start&Hot MicroFast 3.0): steadier, more comfortable hot water, even when several taps are open at once.

How to read the specifications
- 27.3 kW heating
- Maximum output for the radiators. With the floor area and photos of the radiators we check it is right before confirming it.
- 31 kW hot water
- Roughly 18 litres per minute heated by 25 °C (our own calculation from the output): enough for one or two bathrooms.
- Condensing
- It recovers heat from the steam in the flue gases, which is why it needs a drain for the condensate.
What can change the price
The price includes removing the old boiler and a standard room-sealed flue. The following are quoted separately, in writing and before we start:
- A long flue run or one that does not meet current regulations.
- A condensate drain if there is none nearby.
- Moving the boiler to another place.
- A Wi-Fi thermostat or programmer, if not included.
- Cleaning the circuit or replacing radiators and valves.
