What is the Sky Air Alpha ZBAG series?
The Sky Air Alpha is Daikin’s commercial range: high-efficiency RZAG outdoor unit (SEER up to 6.56), static-pressure FBA indoor unit and wifi as standard. It is the series for shops, offices and large homes where high seasonal performance and professional service backing are required. Wired remote control included.
3.5 kW for small flats; 5 and 6 kW for 45-55 m²; 6.8 kW for homes of up to 65 m²; 9.5, 12.1 and 13.4 kW for large homes and commercial premises.
Wifi included
Wifi is included: you control it from your phone with the Daikin Onecta app, also when you are away from home. We set it up when we commission the unit.

What can change the price
The price is fixed for a standard installation. These cases are quoted separately, in writing and before we start:
- More than 3 m of piping between the indoor and outdoor units.
- Special brackets, a roof base or work at height.
- Condensate pump if there is no drain nearby.
- Chasing, building work or longer decorative trunking.
- New electrical line from the consumer unit.

Frequently asked questions about the ZBAG35A
What does the installed price include? The price includes the ducted indoor unit, the outdoor unit, the remote control, VAT and standard installation (refrigerant and electrical connection, drain and commissioning). Grilles, ductwork and false ceiling are quoted in writing before we start.
What capacity do I need? It depends on the floor area, orientation, ceiling height and how many rooms the same unit will serve. The capacity table shows the guide room size for each model; send us photos or plans on WhatsApp and we will confirm which one fits.
Do you need to visit to give a quote? We start with photos or plans on WhatsApp. For ducted, cassette or ceiling units we often need to see the false ceiling or the premises: if needed, we visit free of charge in Barcelona and the metropolitan area.
Can it also be used for heating? Yes, it is a heat pump: it cools in summer and heats in winter with the same unit.
Does it have Wi-Fi? It depends on the model: the capacity table shows whether Wi-Fi control is included or can be added as an option.
How long does installation take? It depends on the job: we give you the timescale in writing in the quote, before we start.
