How to read the specifications

- Maximum output for the radiators. With the floor area and photos of the radiators we check it is right before confirming it.
- 50 kW hot water
- Roughly 29 litres per minute heated by 25 °C (our own calculation from the output): enough for two or more bathrooms, with showers at the same time.
- Condensing
- It recovers heat from the steam in the flue gases, which is why it needs a drain for the condensate.

A thermostat for your boiler: Bosch OR 100 RF or EasyControl CT 200
When you buy your Junkers Bosch Condens 8700i W 35/50 boiler, for only €100 more we install the Bosch OR 100 RF thermostat: a wireless programmable room thermostat using radio frequency, with Comfort, Eco and Auto modes, weekly time programming and a boost heating mode. It runs on batteries and talks to the boiler without cables.
If you would rather control it from your phone, we install the Bosch EasyControl CT 200 Wi-Fi thermostat with your boiler for 195€ more (€100 less than installing it separately): a programmable modulating thermostat with Wi-Fi, controlled with the Bosch EasyControl app.

What can change the price
The price includes removing the old boiler and a standard room-sealed flue. The following are quoted separately, in writing and before we start:
- A long flue run or one that does not meet current regulations.
- A condensate drain if there is none nearby.
- Moving the boiler to another place.
- A Wi-Fi thermostat or programmer, if not included.
- Cleaning the circuit or replacing radiators and valves.
