Frequently asked questions about the SET 70 WE
How many square metres does the SET 70 WE cover? With 7 kW of cooling, roughly rooms of 50-70 m² with normal ceiling height and insulation. If the room gets a lot of sun, is a top-floor flat or has high ceilings, we confirm it during the free visit before installing anything.
What if the pipe run between units is longer than 3 m? The price includes up to 3 m of pipework between the indoor and outdoor unit, which covers most flats. If your case needs more, a different location or building work, it is quoted in writing at the pre-installation visit, before we start.
Does the SET 70 WE have Wi-Fi? Yes, Wi-Fi control is included: you control it from your phone with the manufacturer's app, also away from home. We set it up at commissioning.
Is it noisy? The indoor unit goes down to 21 dB(A) in quiet mode, less than a low-voice conversation. The outdoor unit is around 60 dB(A), normal for a façade or light-well installation.
Who does the installation? Our own technicians, approved installers in Barcelona since 1953. Installation by an accredited technician is what activates the manufacturer's full warranty.
